1. Reservation Policy:
To reserve a unit for one week, a $500.00 deposit is required.
For reservations exceeding a week, a 25% deposit of the total amount due is required.

2. Cleaning Fees:
There is a $125.00 cleaning fee in addition to rents.

3. Taxes:
All rentals of 6 months or less are subject to Florida Sales Tax of 6.5% and a county tourist tax of 5%. This is in addition to the rate of each rental.

4. Rental Balances:
Balances must be received 1 month prior to arrival.

5. Cancellation Policy:
For rentals of 1 month or more, a 90 day written notice is required for a refund of your deposit. For rentals of less than 1 month, a 30 day written notice is required for a refund of your deposit. If cancellation is less than the required notice, no refund will be made unless rental is re-rented for the same period of time. A $300.00 cancellation fee is charged on refunded deposits.
