1. Reservation Policy:
    To reserve a rental for less than 1 month, 1 month, or longer, a deposit of 25% of the total amount due is required.
 
2. Cleaning Fees:
    There is a  $75.00 cleaning fee in addition to rents.

3. Telephones:
    Telephones with local service only are included for your convenience,

4. Taxes:
    All rentals of 6 months or less are subject to Florida sales tax of 6.5% and a county tourist tax of 4%. This is in addition to the rate of each rental.

5. Rental Balances:
    Balances must be received 1 month prior to arrival.

6. Cancellation Policy:
   All Deposits are Non-Refundable.

7. Pet Policy:
    No pets of any kind are allowed unless specifically approved by management. A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required if pet is approved.
