1. Reservation Policy:
To reserve a unit for one week, a $1,000.00 (non-refundable) deposit is required.
For reservations exceeding a week, a 25% deposit of the total amount due is required.

2. Cleaning Fees:
There is a $175.00 cleaning fee in addition to rents.

3. Taxes:
All rentals of 6 months or less are subject to Florida Sales Tax of 7% and a county tourist tax of 5%. This is in addition to the rate of each rental.

4. Rental Balances:
Balances must be received 1 month prior to arrival.

5. Cancellation Policy:
No refunds, but we will gladly reschedule your reservation for another available date, if needed.

6. Pet Policy:
Sorry, No Pets allowed.
